We offer the same thorough approach to our candidates as we do to our clients. The more we know about you, your background and your sales skills, the better we can understand what kind of sales person you are – and if we know you better, we’re more likely to shortlist you for sales roles where you can really excel.
We conduct thorough interviews for all our permanent candidates:
- What is your history and background? Are there certain jobs or aspects of jobs that you really enjoyed? Likewise, were there parts of previous roles that you didn’t like?
- Why are you thinking about leaving your current position?
- Are you a hunter or farmer? What sort of sales environment do you feel comfortable in and what motivates you as a sales person?
- Are you looking for ‘just a job’ – or are you hungry to climb the career ladder?
- What is your work/life balance like? Do you have a family that must come first?
- What and where would your ideal job be?
Armed with this information, we can offer our sales candidates a truly bespoke service. We’ll actively look for sales roles which can offer true job satisfaction and we’ll make sure your CV is put in front of the right person.
If you’re keen to become one of our temporary telesales consultants, we’ll want to know that you have:
- Telephone experience – whether that’s in sales or customer service – and a superb telephone manner.
- The confidence to use your telesales skills within different environments.
- Empathy with others and the ability to deal confidently with people at all levels.
- A professional, flexible, proactive attitude, coupled with lots of self-motivation.
If you have the right experience, we can offer you varied and interesting temporary telesales work.
You’ll be working on-site for our clients so you’ll need to understand what is required and adapt according to your environment. But we’ll always fully prepare you for each assignment and give you all the sales training you need to make sure that you can achieve the results that our clients expect.
